Onion flavored oil sachet from the Wai Wai

Cloves of Garlic thinly sliced

Mushrooms thinly sliced

Spring onions chopped

WAI WAI Seasoning packets

WAI WAI pack of Noodles

Tablespoon soy sauce
½
Teaspoon of ketchup
½
Teaspoon of sriracha
½
tsp Red chili flakes
¼
tsp cumin powder

Tablespoon of Butter
Steps To Follow
In a pan on medium heat, add butter and Wai Wai oil packet.
Once melted and warmed, add mushrooms and garlic. Cook it for 5-8 mins till the mushrooms are cooked and the garlic starts to brown.
Add chopped scallions and cook for 1-2 mins.
Add Wai Wai seasonings, red chili flakes, and cumin powder. Mix well.
Add noodles and 1 cup of water to the pan.
Let the water come to a boil and give the noodles a flip in the water.
Cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to low-medium. Let it cook for 3-5 mins till it’s almost cooked. Stir 2-3 times in between.
Add greens of the scallions, soy sauce, sriracha, and ketchup. Mix it in the noodles.
If needed add water and stir. Cook the noodles while stirring till you want. Could be dry or soupy.
Serve and enjoy!

Put the noodles in 300ml of boiling water.
Drain the noodles, leaving about 2-3 tablespoons of water. Place the noodles in a bowl.
Add the seasoning powder, seasoning oil, and chili powder from the packet. Stir well to combine.
Serve the noodles hot. Optionally, top with a fried egg to make a meal out of it.
