WAI WAI Dynamite Noodles - Spicy Mushroom


These spicy mushroom WAI WAI Noodles are a delicious one-pot recipe, perfect for a quick snack or dinner. The spicy noodles and savory mushrooms blend perfectly for an easy, flavorful meal.


Ingredients

½ Tablespoon of Butter

1 Onion flavored oil sachet from the Wai Wai 

3 Cloves of Garlic thinly sliced

6 Mushrooms thinly sliced

2 Spring onions chopped

1 WAI WAI Seasoning packets

1 WAI WAI pack of Noodles

½ Tablespoon soy sauce

½ Teaspoon of ketchup

½ Teaspoon of sriracha  

½ tsp Red chili flakes   

¼ tsp cumin powder


Steps to Follow

  1. In a pan on medium heat, add butter and Wai Wai oil packet.

  2. Once melted and warmed, add mushrooms and garlic. Cook it for 5-8 mins till the mushrooms are cooked and the garlic starts to brown.

  3. Add chopped scallions and cook for 1-2 mins.

  4. Add Wai Wai seasonings, red chili flakes, and cumin powder. Mix well.

  5. Add noodles and 1 cup of water to the pan.

  6. Let the water come to a boil and give the noodles a flip in the water.

  7. Cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to low-medium. Let it cook for 3-5 mins till it’s almost cooked. Stir 2-3 times in between.

  8. Add greens of the scallions, soy sauce, sriracha, and ketchup. Mix it in the noodles.

  9. If needed add water and stir. Cook the noodles while stirring till you want. Could be dry or soupy.

  10. Serve and enjoy!
